Order history
You can view the status of your order at any time via the menu item "My profile". Simply click on "Order history".
Then select the link Order number of the required order.
There you can see if your order is being processed, if the payment (except for cash on delivery) has been received or where the supply is already en route to you.

Goods ordered online
Your order is received. The ordering process is complete.
Your goods were picked.
Your goods will be checked again and the next step is sent to you
The invoice was prepared.
Our system has created your invoice. You receive it with your delivery.
The goods are delivered.
The goods you have ordered are on their way to you.
Credit
You have received a credit. This is, for example, the case if you have sent goods back to us and you the equivalent amount has been credited.
At the payment process an error has occurred.
The transmitted data were incorrect. This can for example be the case if our financial services tells us that the information in the payment by credit card or online bank transfer were incorrect.
Order cancelled
The order was canceled. Either you have canceled your order, or even our system automatically canceled the order, because it has determined, for example, no payment is received to your order.
Your payment by cash, Payment in advance, online transfer or financing has been confirmed to us.
Our financial service provider has confirmed the receipt of your payment.
It was still not detected any receipt of payment.
We have still not received any confirmation of our financial service provider that your payment is received.
Missing quantities Information sent
One or more articles in your order are not available for three weeks. Furthermore, we have informed you by e-mail or SMS.
The order was assigned to the new order number ...
You have received a new order number. This is, for example, the case if you change the payment method.
Your return was received.
You have sent back one or more articles. This shipment has arrived here and has been collected by our system.
Provisionally approved Financing
You have made first information to our financial service provider, so your order will be processed further.
Financing declined
You have made first information to our financial service provider, but they do not pass for further processing. This message is displayed, for example, if you have mistyped the information. So you are able to repeat the entries.
Financing statements in preparation
You have sent all the requested data by PostIdent to our financial services providers.
Financing accepted
Our Financial Service has finally approved the contract. The goods are picked and shipped to you now.
Information about the shipping status:
on the wayThe goods are traveling to you by our logistics partner DHL.
Ready for pick-up
The product is ready for pick-up at a post office (DHL).
Delivered
Our logistics partner DHL has delivered your goods to you.
Return
You have made the return, but your goods have not arrived, yet.
The goods have been returned to us.
Our logistics partner DHL has delivered the goods you have returned to us.
Delivery is on the way by UPS.
Our logistics partner UPS is on the way with your goods to you.
The goods have been delivered.
