How to order

  1. Fill your basket

    You fill the basket when you click on the basket symbol you find on the right hand side of the product. You need not to be logged on for filling a basket.

  2. Log on

    When you want to go to the cash you must be logged on. Plesae quot your email address and you password or let you be registered. Therefore you just enter a few information like your address and your telephone number.

  3. Confirm your addresses (for the elivery and the account)

    Please check the given addresses and confirm them.

  4. Check your order details and send your order

    In the last step you see every data of your order (product, sum incl. shipping costs) on one site. If you click on "Order", your articles are in best time at your home.

  5. Order confirmation by email

    Afterwards you get an order confirmation with all details to your order.

  6. Order history

    You can see the status of your order in your profile (order history), because every order has an order code. With this code you can ask for your order status furthermore by telephone, 01805 / 711 117 (0,14 EUR / min for calls on the landline network of Deutsche Telekom. Calling on cellular phone or on other networks higher costs may result.), and fax, 01805 / 959 666 (0,14 EUR / min for calls on the landline network of Deutsche Telekom.
